Elizabeth F. Weisner, Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director
Elizabeth F. Weisner, Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director, joined Orchard Hill at Sudbury Assisted Living in April of 2001. Elizabeth’s career in Assisted Living began in 1997 as the Executive Director of a 125 apartment Assisted Living, also in Massachusetts (that included, in addition to the Assisted Living component, a Geropsych Health Center, Alzheimer’s program, Neurobehavioral unit, and Child Day Care.
Elizabeth obtained her Lifetime Administrator’s Certification from the Assisted Living Facilities Association in 2004.
Prior to Managing Assisted Living Residences, Elizabeth Managed Assets Nation-wide with over 1800 units and 45,000 square feet of commercial space, and with over 150 employees reporting directly to her. She has headed up the corporate office for a large National Asset Management firm as a Regional Vice President and has also held the positions of Asset Manager and Financial Analyst.
Elizabeth received her B.S. in Economics with Honors from Northeastern University and completed her M.S. from the same college where she was awarded a Teaching Fellowship and taught Economics at the undergraduate level.
She also holds a Massachusetts Realtor’s License and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from UMass, Boston.
Linda Kilmer, Resident Care Director
Linda Kilmer, LPN is Orchard Hill’s Resident Care Director. Linda has 15 years’ experience in assisted living and held positions as a Resident Care Director and as a Memory Care Director, coordinating the wellness and medical needs of the Residents. Before her assisted living experience, Linda worked for many years at Newton Wellesley Hospital and had the opportunity to open the Miriam Boyd Parlin Hospice Residence in 2000.
