Telehealth Kiosk at Orchard Hill sponsored by Parmenter Community Health Care

Orchard Hill Assisted Living at Sudbury is pleased to announce an opportunity for all residents to become part of a new health screening program offered by Parmenter Community Health Care and Orchard Hill Assisted Living.

Orchard Hill is the only Assisted Living in Massachusetts to make this state of the art health monitoring system available to its residents! The health monitoring kiosk measures Blood pressure, weight, heart rate, oxygen saturation and temperature . This information is then immediately given to the resident and electronically transmitted to Parmenter Community Health Care, and the resident's physician.

Using this new technology with the participation of Parmenter, the resident will be able to monitor their health and take a more proactive approach to their own well being.

Orchard Hill's goal in this partnership is to maintain the residents in continued good health and minimize hospitalizations.
