The Apartments
There are no large entrance fees nor hidden costs for residents at Orchard Hill. We have 35 one bedroom and 10 studio apartments, with one monthly fee that includes the rental of your apartment; all utilities, amenities and activities; weekly housekeeping; regular maintenance; three delicious meals daily; scheduled medical transportation; 45 minutes per day of personal care assistance; and 24-hour staffing.

Assisted and Independent Living Monthly Fee Includes:

Assisted Living Monthly Fee Includes:
- 45 minutes of personal care assistance daily for help with bathing, grooming, dressing, transfers, toileting and escorts.
Personal Care Packages:
Orchard Hill offers additional personal care options for residents who may require more care and help with activities of daily living, whether the assistance is temporary or permanent in nature. The determination of personal care package needed is based upon the resident’s health status, both physical and cognitive. We can accommodate a wide array of needs, and also coordinate care with off-site agencies and providers, such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Podiatry and Specialized Nursing Services.
Stay Independent: 45 minutes of personal care per day, included with monthly rental fee.
Supportive Light: an hourly rate for those residents who have very specific care requests.
Supportive: for those residents who need more assistance with activities of daily living, cueing, and additional physical assistance completing tasks up to 10 hours weekly.
Supportive Plus: includes up to 15 hours weekly of personal care, escorts and additional assistance with toileting.
