Orchard Hill’s New Fitness Studio: A Space to Move, Thrive, and Feel Great!

July 18, 2025

We’re excited to announce that Orchard Hill’s brand-new fitness studio is officially open and ready for our residents to enjoy! This thoughtfully designed space was created with one goal in mind: to help our community stay active, healthy, and empowered every day.

Whether through fitness classes, physical therapy sessions, or personal wellness routines, the studio offers a welcoming environment equipped with a bike machine, weights, exercise bands, and mats, tools tailored for all levels of ability. We’re proud to provide a place where residents can safely build strength, improve mobility, and boost their overall well-being.

A special shoutout goes to our partners at BAYADA, who have been crucial in guiding residents on how to use the equipment properly. From adjusting seat heights to choosing the right exercise intensity, the BAYADA team has provided invaluable support. They also emphasize important wellness tips like staying hydrated and listening to your body, helping everyone stay active while avoiding overexertion.

Here’s what some of our residents have to say about their new fitness space:

  • “It’s a nice, bright space that helps make a difference in my day.”

  • “Getting up and moving in the morning helps me feel better all day.”

  • “I like using the light weights and the bike.”

  • “I enjoy the guided classes to keep me moving and easy to follow.”

Our new fitness studio is more than just a room with equipment, it’s a vibrant place to focus on health, connection, and motivation. We can’t wait to see how this space continues to inspire our residents to live their best, most active lives.
